What a handful! As big on taste as they are in size, Mattheessen’s ½ pound cookies measure over 6 inches in diameter. All of our cookies are made with Mattheessen’s secret recipe of fresh ingredients and expert baking. One taste of these giant cookies and you’ll be hooked. These soft, delicious, melt-in-your mouth cookies are big enough for two; but trust us, you won’t want to share.

There is a good chance that if you peek into the front window of the bakery, you’ll find Brent Mattheessen making his famous fudge almost everyday of the week.  To ensure the tastiest quality fudge, fresh ingredients are carefully hand stirred in an old fashioned copper kettle at a time and temperature known only to Brent.  Once ready, the fudge is poured onto a 500 pound marble slab and air whipped with a special hand paddle to help the fudge cool and become creamier.  Next, the finishing touches like whole pecans on Chocolate Pecan fudge are added. Finally, it is formed into a loaf to be cut into two-thirds of a pound and served right away.
